The History of New Life Church Holywell

New Life Church started life back in the early 80's when a group of people started a small midweek meeting in a house in Holywell.

Things grew and the group established the church, then called Fron Park Christian Fellowship (being based near Fron Park in Holywell).

After hiring various buildings the present building, near the town centre was purchased from the WRVS in 1996.

The church became part of the Assemblies of God group in 1997 and the name changed to "New Life Church, Holywell" when a new, up to date trust deed was put in place in 2008, though many locals still refer to it by it's nickname "The Church in the Park".

Dan and Sharon Morgan were invited to come and lead the church in January 2005 as the church's first employed leaders.

Things have developed a lot in recent years with more families and younger people joining the church.
